Safety

At McKenna Roofing & Construction, Inc. safety is paramount. We have written a Safety Program which all employees participate. All employees have OSHA 10 HOUR SAFETY COURSE certificates. We hold weekly tool box talks and bi-monthly safety meetings. They also participate in random drug screening as part of our Drug Free Work Place environment.

In 2008, we began utilizing Hettrick, Cyr & Associates Inc., a safety and risk management firm to aid our firm in keeping up with the ever changing safety landscape. Among many other retainer services, they perform random, unannounced job safety inspections, to help us enforce the fact that safety is first.
